  Diploma Studies

  For this programme managers need to offer eight one hour line management sessions. As part of these sessions we suggest you review how your worker is progressing with the Programme.

  At the end of each unit they complete you will need to fill in a short report and send it to us. This sets out the hours of practice they have complete - and asks questions about their abilities in a small number of areas.

  In addition you need to write a report halfway throught the Programme - and one at the end.

  Under procedures that came into operation in 2012/13 managers will be informed of the progress of students that they have provided a practice setting for after the end of level board.
