  For this programme managers need to offer eight one hour line management sessions. As part of these sessions we suggest you review how your worker is progressing with the Programme.

  End of unit forms
  

  At the end of each unit students should ask you to complete a short form. They should then fill in any sections that they have to complete and when you have completed your sections they send it to us via ymoodle. This sets out the hours of practice they have complete - and asks questions about their abilities in a small number of areas. You can download them below:

  In addition you need to write a report on the student towards the end of their programme. Some students finish after unit 4 (with the 37 credit Diploma in youth work practice), some carry on to earn further credits.

  Under procedures that came into operation in 2012/13 managers will be informed of the progress of students that they have provided a practice setting for after the end of level board.
